For UPS Ground Shipping we charge a flat rate of $5.49 for all orders under $59.00 shipped to the US. UPS Ground Shipping is free for all continental U.S. orders $59.00 and over. Free shipping in USA is available for orders over $59. For orders less than $59, the flat rate UPS shipping charge of $5.49 applies. For orders greater than $59, free shipping is not valid for two day, three day, overnight and international orders. The free shipping offer is only valid for UPS Ground within the continental United States. All items in the United States are shipped via UPS and may be tracked using the UPS tracking number.

We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise
that has been opened and/or partially used. This also includes opening the
plastic cellophane wrapping of perfume/cologne box.
Returns will not be accepted 20 days after the shipping date.

Any returned merchandise received in our warehouse without a proper authorization by PerfumeWorldwide.com is not eligible for refund or credit.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee when the purchase or shipment was due to customer error.
If the purchaser wishes to return an item, which was unused and unopened, he or she is responsible for the shipping cost for the return.
All credits and refunds are subject to approval by PerfumeWorldwide.com.
Shipping charges will be the purchaser’s responsibility, except in the case it is an error on the part of PerfumeWorldwide.com.
If a return is authorized, please retain all postal and insurance receipts for your records.
